Two university scholars have been out in the field putting thier academic training and leadership skills to good use. Carlos Daniel, a 4th year nursing student, has been working at the Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa providing public health training to families. Tesla, a 2nd year journalism student, took part in her first field conversation and interview with Honduran families in need. Both are thrilled to put thier knowledge into practice and make a difference in their areas of study.
